The About Headaches and Migraine site has an informative post up about comorbidities experienced by migraineurs and a poll where you can tick off the conditions you deal with in addition to headaches and migraine disease. I highly encourage you to submit your responses so we can all have a better idea of the occurrance of specific comorbidities among migraineurs. You'll find the article and survey here:
Headaches, Migraine, and Comorbid Conditions
In addition to migraine disease, I suffer from depression, anxiety, insomnia, and hypertension. I have found that appropriate management of all these conditions affects my migraine disease, so I think it is important that we take them into consideration as we search for the most appropriate ways to handle our disease.
While you're there, vote in this poll, which asks you to indicate which migraine symptoms are the worst for you:
What are your worst Migraine symptoms?
The headaches itself is most often the worst syptom for me. But sometimes nausea and sensitivity to light and sound give that pain a run for its money.
