Music is widely acknowledged as a therapeutic mechanism for people suffering with many different kinds of health issues. Very few things pick up my mood these days, but when I remind myself to turn on my favorite iTunes playlist of the moment, I find the music really does help. From time to time, I share my current playlist. Here's what I'm listening to right now.
A Fine Frenzy - One Cell in the Sea - Rangers
Steely Dan - A Decade of Steely Dan - Do it Again
Wilco - Sky Blue Sky - Sky Blue Sky
Amy Winehouse - Back to Black - You Know I'm No Good
Kanye West - Stronger (Single)
The New Pornographers - Challengers - Myriad Harbor
Ne-Yo - Because of You - Because of You
Trace Adkins - Dangerous Man - Ladies Love Country Boys
Beirut - Elephant Gun - Transatlantique
Let me know what you think of these choices and share your faves in the comments.
