I woke up with twinges of a migraine yesterday, but I was able to go about my day unhindered and knocked it out with one dose of Zomig Nasal Spray late in the afternoon.
I've gone for nice walks outside every day since last Wednesday; I've been consuming lots of yummy antioxidant and phytonutrient-rich foods, including acai berry and pomegranate juice blends (the Naked Juice Pomegranate Acai blend is my fave) ; and I went for a massage and acupuncture treatment this afternoon. I've fit in some meditation for the first time in a month or so, and I've been sleeping great.
I'm going to try to keep up all these behaviors as long as I can in hopes that some part of what I'm doing is making a difference. Even if feeling better doesn't continue, taking good care of myself makes me feel proud and accomplished.
P.S. You can read more about phytonutrients here: Phytonutrient FAQ
