There are many excellent books, audio books and CDs available to help you start and maintain a meditation practice. However, there are also free resources available online that you should consider utilizing as you explore mindfulness.

If you haven't started to explore meditation as a method of coping with your pain and with the emotional challenges of living with illness, give it a try. You'll be surprised at how it can help you cope with your situation.

The following list includes written, audio and video content, all freely available to you on the Internet. Don't be overwhelmed by the length of the list or feel obligated to visit every link in one sitting.
