I made an appointment yesterday with a local neurologist that I've read some good things about. I'm hoping he might be an asset to my migraine management team and be willing to coordinate IV therapy for me locally. Unfortunately, my appointment isn't until July 3rd. Still, at least I'm moving forward on exploring this as an option.
I also went for a massage and craniosacral therapy yesterday. For some reason my neck seized up and became horribly stiff during the treatment, but my therapist was able to release most of the tension. I felt pretty good when I left. I was skeptical that these treatments would do much more than relieve some stress in the moment when I started them last month, but I'm finding they seem to be having a lasting impact. It's slow going, but worthwhile, I think.
