Triptan Side Effects Update

I had shared in past posts that I was having problems with unbearable symptoms after taking certain triptans to treat my migraine attacks. I even declared I would no longer use Zomig in any form because it made my joints and muscles hurt so incredibly bad. Since Zomig nasal spray is one of my favorite treatment medications, I'm glad to report I've been able to continue using it. I still sometimes have the extreme pain and fatigue, but not every time and not even very often. I still hate it when it happens, but I don't think it's a good trade off to avoid the symptoms of the medication by hanging on to an excruciating migraine.
