Today's WEGO Health Activist Writing Month Prompt is: Find an image that inspires you in some way (positively or negatively) and write about it.

Despite my bad mood telling me to search Flickr for something to rant about, I ignored that part of my brain and instead searched for the word "hope". The photo of these super cute little girls caught my eye. (photo by mjc)

In many ways my migraine journey began when I was a little girl. Though I didn't have nearly as many as I do now, they lurked in the background for nearly as long as I can remember.

I hate that little kids should suffer with this kind of pain. I know people are tough and can overcome a lot, but growing up with pain changes you into someone other than who you might have been.
