DBSA helpfully provides a list of ideas each month to help you figure out what you'd most like to do to address that month's challenge: May: Feeding Kindness. The ideas that resonate with me are to make a donation of money and goods to a local food bank (it's been too long since our last donation as it is!) and to share some recipes with friends that I'd long ago promised to pass along.
