I'm participating in the Migraine Awareness Month Blogging Challenge every day in June.

Today's prompt is: "Live Long, and Prosper." Come up with a short, simple phrase or sentence that could be used when saying "Hello" or "Good-bye" that expresses your wishes for fellow Migraineurs.

One of the best things I've heard through my involvement in the chronic illness community is to wish our fellow chronic pals and migraineurs to be as well as possible. I love this because it takes into account that we're dealing with lots of challenges on any given day. But rather than minimizing or dismissing them, it takes those challenges into account and simply says that I hope your day and life is as good as it can be considering what I know you have to deal with.

With that, I hope each of you is doing as well as possible! (AWAP)
