Since this is a holiday week this is a friendly reminder that submissions for the July 2012 Headache & Migraine Disease Blog Carnival are due by midnight (the end of the day) on Friday, July 6, 2012.

The theme of the July 2012 edition is: "Fun in the Sun: Summer is all about vacations, parties and concerts for most people, but when you live with migraine disease, triggers complicate all of these activities. How do you find ways to enjoy the fun without ignoring your migraine triggers? How do you cope when migraine takes away your fun plans?

As always, please feel free to submit any post you feel may be particularly useful, educational or inspirational to other headache and migraine patients and bloggers.

Email submissions to somebodyhealme AT dianalee DOT net by midnight on the deadline day.

In your email submission please include:

(1) Your name as you would like it to appear in the carnival.
(2) The title of your blog post.
(3) The URL of your blog post.
(4) The name of your blog.
(5) The URL of your blog.

The Carnival will be posted here at Somebody Heal Me on Monday, July 9, 2012.
