Making a packing list for BlogHer '12 and HealthMinder Day at BlogHer '12 has me once again thinking about the essentials for traveling as a person with migraine disease.

Since I haven't discussed this topic since I was preparing for BlogHer '10, this seems like a good time to revisit it and provide an updated list.

Travel Essentials:

As I did last time the BlogHer conference was in NYC, I looked up the nearest pharmacies (without looking I already remembered there's a Duane Reed a couple blocks away because I went there in 2010), so I can run out and get anything I forget or unexpectedly need. I feel adequately prepared without overdoing it by bringing tons of stuff I have little chance of needing. Seems like a good balance to me.

What are your essentials for traveling as a person living with migraine disease?
