We're two weeks away from the deadline for the October 2012 Headache & Migraine Disease Blog Carnival. That means it's time to start planning and writing the blog posts you want to submit.

The topic is: "Venting About Migraine Disease: How do you vent your frustrations about living with migraine disease in a way that's helpful to your healing, both emotionally and physically?"

As always, posts on any topic related to migraine disease or other headache disorders are also welcome.

Submissions for the October 2012 Headache & Migraine Blog Carnival are due by midnight on Friday, October 5, 2012. That's exactly two weeks from today.

The October Carnival will be published by Katharine Hope at Healing My Migraines on Monday, October 8, 2012.

Email submissions to me at somebodyhealme@gmail.com by midnight (the end of the day) on Friday, October 5, 2012, and I will pass them along to this month's host.

For more information about the carnival visit the overview page here: http://bit.ly/migrainecarnival.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or concerns. You can contact me by email or leave a comment here anytime, and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Are you interested in hosting a future edition of the carnival? I'm always looking for participants who are willing to volunteer as hosts. It's not only a great way to support the carnival, but also to drive new traffic to your blog. Just email me and we can work out the details.

Thank you for your ongoing support of the carnival. It would be nothing without your participation and enthusiasm!
