Last Call: September 2012 Headache & Migraine Blog Carnival

Please don't forget tomorrow is deadline for submissions to the September 2012 Headache & Migraine Disease Blog Carnival.

The theme is: "Talking About Migraine Disease: How do you talk to the people in your life about migraine disease? How open are you? What do you share and what do you keep to yourself and why?"

As always, posts on any topic related to migraine disease or other headache disorders are also welcome.
