Listening to holiday music not only gets me in a great state of mind for enjoying this time of year, like all music, it also helps me management my mental health. It's just one small piece of the puzzle, but every little bit helps.

Music is widely acknowledged as a therapeutic mechanism for people suffering with a wide range of different health issues. From time to time I like to share the music that helps me cope. I'm trying hard to do these posts more regularly because music is a huge part of my life and a great coping tool.

So without further ado, here is my favorite holiday playlist. Some traditional, most not, but all lots of fun.
