Unfortunately, like many other Migraineurs, I crave carb-heavy foods during a Migraine attack.
Baked goods, bread, pasta, crackers, macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes are all high up on the list. And terrible for me because I live with Type 2 diabetes and PCOS.
