While there have been periods of time during my life with Chronic Migraine in which I found ways to work up to more vigorous exercise, right now I have to limit myself quite a bit.
Gentle walking on a fairly moderate day is usually doable. Stretching helps me the very most, and it is something I can do almost any day.
