The key to dealing with anger and resentment for me is to get it out and then let it go.
Writing and blogging about the things that frustrate me is the main way I get all those negative feelings out. I honestly think I'd probably explode from pent up anger without blogging and social media as an outlet and source of support.
After I'm able to purge the negative feelings I can get some distance from them. Getting that distance combined with the recognition that I can't hold on to negativity helps me let it all go. Sometimes it's harder, sometimes it's easier. It's always a work in progress.
