In honor of Migraine & Headache Awareness Month I'm hosting a giveaway again this year to encourage readers of this blog to get involved in our efforts to increase awareness of Migraine and Headache Disorders.

But there have barely been any entries so far! Don't miss this chance to win some cool stuff that can help you cope with Migraine. The odds are definitely in your favor.

Keep reading to learn how to enter. It's easy, I promise.

How to Enter:

Do one thing to promote Migraine & Headache Disorders awareness. That's it!

After you've done it, post a comment to this blog post & tell me what you did to receive a chance to win one of the prizes.

Ways to Promote Awareness:

  • Participate in the MHAM Photo Challenge. Again, even as little as one day of participation counts.

  • Tell someone trustworthy in your life something you've never shared about what it's like for you to live with Migraine or another Headache Disorder.

  • Or anything else you come up with. Creativity is highly encouraged.
